Meet at the Acme Bicycle Company, Kansas City MO
The concept: 12 hills, we race up each one. Points to finishers at the top. Most points at the end of the day wins.
Any bike is fine. Depending on numbers, there will be a separate winner for single/fixed, or there will be bonus points available to those w/o gears. 95% road at least. There may be one partial dirt/gravel hill to climb. I've got a couple I'm looking at, but the final route isn't there yet.
