How to Start Bone Bender?

First, Thank you to everyone who voted over the last 24 hours. I really value your opinion.

Here are some results from the first 100 votes. I personally was a little surprised with the results. As you can see it is about divided between starting on your bike and a Le Mans start. I plan to close the voting once we reach 200 votes and then make a decision.
